Summary:
Hark & Company is a software start up developing a groundbreaking collective intelligence application.

- We need a great developer to focus on the front end. We have developed an Alpha version of our application using Grails/Java. It’s very early stage so the UI implementation and design is very open.
- Your challenge will be to produce a very dynamic and intuitive user interface (implementing Web 2.0 best practice).

Requirements:
- Ability to get things done well and fast.
- Proven experience designing, developing and deploying dynamic web applications.
- Javascript
- Java
- XHTML
- CSS
- Grails (or Rails)
