Technical Skills Required:

A proven track record in web languages and technologies. (Grails, Groovy, Ruby, Java, C#, Scala, Python, PHP etc)
Knowledge of C based languages very advantageous.
Strong experience of Agile (Lean, Scrum, XP) development environments.
Ability to work with product owners, analysts, and key stakeholders to define and design requirements.
Ability to identify possible issues that effect the successful completion of development projects.
Develop in accordance with coding standards and industry best practise.
