We are currently seeking an experienced Java/Groovy/Grails engineer with specific experience with performance tuning Spring/Hibernate applications, specifically Grails applications. Candidate must be intimately familiar with Hibernate performance strategies and demonstrate ability to improve poorly-performing areas of app. Specific performance tuning related to MySQL 5.1 InnoDB databases also sought, though not specifically required.
