This will be a fast-paced (we are MassChallenge finalists) but fun, high-profile (the CEO's last company was acquired by Paypal before it launched) development position and a stellar addition to your resume.

You should apply if you have:
* a BS/BA in a computer science field
* proven Groovy development experience (or proven Java with some Grails)
* experience with Grails framework (or Rails), Javascript, jQuery
* experience with MySQL or Postgress
* experience or interest in leading a small team of developers
* solid design, architecture and communication skills

Brownie points if:
* you have front end design experience (or a sound opinion to that effect)
* you understand all things video (e.g. wowza ec2, converters, etc.)
* you have worked on highly scalable content distribution applications

Responsibilities:
* design and develop a web (& mobile web) based application
* help grow and lead a small team of developers
* work closely with leadership to identify an leverage highly scalable technologies, processes and best practices
* loving (and using) Vsnap and making sure others do too
