At BluSynergy, we are big on Grails and most of our SaaS products are written in Grails. We are looking for an enthusiastic developer who is capable of working remotely and coordinating with the USA based core team.

Ideally, we'd put you in one of our offices in either Bangalore or Cochin to start with. Later, we could consider a work-from-home arrangement.

The ideal candidate:
- Prefers the dynamic, fast paced and bleeding edge culture of a start-up as opposed to a dull corporate job.

- Has work experience with Grails, or at least 2 years of experience with the underlying Java technologies such as Hibernate, Spring, MVC, etc.

- Is familiar with MySQL, Tomcat, HTML, javascript or JQuery.

Any of these would be a plus:
- Experience with multi-tenant design
- Amazon AWS/EC2 and related could computing technology
- IVR systems
- Variety of Grails plug-ins
