A successful candidate would:
- have enjoyed past projects where a small team is devoted to launching a new service in a short timeframe
- be looking for experience and involvement in developing and setting up a web-based business
- appreciate the beauty of well designed code / machine / house
- have enjoyed developing by the model-view-controller pattern in GRAILS and Groovy
- be proficient in Java, J2EE and Spring
- work well in the Linux/Unix development environment
