Technical skills needed for senior level roles:
3+ years experience with J2EE. Preferably across all tiers.
web services
hands on experience with agile development including: TDD and Continuous Integration

nice to have:
JEE, Swing and JSF
MyEclipse experience
Groovy/Grails

Junior to mid level developers do not need prior agile development experience, just the passion, enthusiasm, aptitude to learn and become an engaged member of a thriving agile team. These positions also have the potential to become right to hire with our client.
