Java Developer with Groovy & Grails experience This is for a long-term assignment.

Must have:
Good communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work on all aspects of SDLC, from requirements to implementation
Outgoing personality

Nice to have:
Technical lead experience
Project management experience
Retail experience


Must have technical skills:
Java/J2EE Core skills (5+ yrs)
Relational database,
DB2 preferred (5+ yrs)
Groovy Grails


Should hafe a combination of the following:
Spring Framework (2 yrs)
Hibernate (2 yrs)
Struts (2 yrs)
Javascript
DHTML (2 yrs)


Nice to have technical skills:
Adobe Flex
SOA/ESB
